Features
- Added a new QoL eraser option for the crafting bee gamemode. Clicking/Start dragging on an item in the crafting table, while the same item is selected will now delete it.
- If you’re using Playlight to play other games, a new Sidebar has been added to all games (including MCdle) that allows for more convenient browsing!
- Bunch of under the hood changes for upcoming events that will automatically be activated in the coming days/weeks!
Fixes
- Centered and resized ~90 images in the classic gamemodes. No animated images were affected.
- Replaced some images for better quality or to fit with the rest (e.g. block render for wild flowers, rather than inventory sprite)
- Clicking on the eraser button again will return the user to the previously selected hexagon item.
- Resized some Crafting bee elements to take up less space, which is useful for mobile or shorter screens.
- Sharing a daily crafting bee riddle will no longer append the hexagon items in the link.
- Searching for items in the crafting bee editor no longer requires underscores (_) to find items.
- The crafting bee editor search window is no longer overflowing on mobile devices.
- Modified various wiki links in the classic gamemodes to point to more generic pages, rather than specific ones. e.g. from Acacia_Log -> Log
- Started working on some performance improvements for the crafting bee generation algorithms.
- Rarity filter in the item bestiary does no longer show uncommon items, when common is selected. Furthermore selecting multiple rarities will now act as an “or” selection, meaning all items with any of the selected rarities will be shown. Previously, items would need to have all of the selected rarities, which does not algin with the data structure, as multiple rarities are merged to “Mixed” anyways.
- The crafting bee timer now also starts when using keyboard shortcuts exclusively. No more cheating there!
- Clicking the All games button in the share window now doesn’t display 3x the same gamemode name -> no, I didn’t complete the item gamemode 3 times with different stats :P
Data Fixes/Changes
Mobs
- Giants no longer depend on light level to spawn!
- The horse image has been changed from a white to various brown ones, to avoid colour confusion with skeleton horses
- Pufferfish are now considered Neutral - bye bye Defensive behaviour o/
Blocks
- Changed the tool icons from axe to wooden and pickaxe to iron, to have more variety in material, making it easier to spot differences.
- Buttons now have the Axes/Pickaxes tool
- The tool for pale hanging moss is now shears
- Copper doors/trapdoors have their blast resistance doubled from 3 to 6.
- The heave core surpasses that with a x40 blast resistance from 30 to 1200!
- And lastly, stone bricks are a Beta 1.8, not Beta 1.9 release.
Item
- Bundles can now be looted from containers! Thx villagers!
Crafting Bee
- Fixed/optimized images for copper bars, copper chests, copper torches, waxed copper lanterns (all 4 oxidation stages)
